How to Ride
Find your stop, board at the front, pay with Umo or cash, and signal for your stop.

Accessibility
Every bus has a ramp or lift, priority seating and mobility-device securement.

Bikes on Buses
All buses carry two or three bikes on a front-mounted rack at no extra charge.

Riding With Children
Strollers must be folded. Youth 18 and under ride free on Local and Regional service.

Safety & Security
Operators are trained in de-escalation. Report concerns to Customer Service.

Wi-Fi
Free onboard Wi-Fi is available on Regional and Express coaches.

Holiday Service
Reduced or no service on major holidays. Check alerts before you travel.

Snow routes are published to alerts, route pages and myStop simultaneously.

Free one-on-one training to build confidence riding fixed-route service.

Lost & Found
Items are held at the Downtown Transit Center for 30 days.

Accessibility on board
- Boarding ramps and lifts
- Every fixed-route vehicle is equipped with a ramp or lift and kneeling suspension.
- Priority seating
- Front seating is reserved for older adults and riders with disabilities.
- Mobility-device securement
- Operators will secure mobility devices on request at no charge.
- Stop announcements
- Major stops and transfer points are announced audibly and shown visually onboard.
- Reduced fare
- Honored Citizen and disability reduced fares are available with an approved ID.
- Reasonable modifications
- Request a modification to policy by phone, email or in writing at any time.
- ADA grievance procedure
- Complaints are investigated and answered in writing within 30 days.
